Medfin needed a website that was fast, mobile-friendly, and easy to navigate. We built reusable components, AMP pages, and a centralized lead system to boost engagement and streamline patient interactions.

Project Overview
Medfin is a leading healthcare provider offering affordable surgical procedures with quick recovery and better outcomes. They provide day-care surgeries, insurance assistance, second opinions, and expert treatment backed by advanced technology and a panel of experienced doctors.
Medfin approached us to develop a responsive, mobile-first website that would make it easy for patients to access information, understand services, and get in touch. We received designs from Miti Design Labs and worked closely with them to translate the visual ideas into a fast, functional website. By focusing on clean, optimized code, reusable components, and accelerated mobile pages, we aimed to make the website both user-friendly and easy to maintain for the Medfin team.

The Challenge
Medfin faced several challenges when building a website that could meet their needs. First, they wanted a personalized experience across devices, with different designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile. The goal was for patients to feel the site was intuitive and easy to use, no matter what device they were on.
Second, many pages had long content like blogs and medical resources. These pages needed to load quickly, even on slow internet, to reduce bounce rates and keep users engaged.
Third, Medfin wanted a design system and reusable components so future pages could be developed quickly without depending on external developers.
Lastly, their old lead capture system was fragmented. Leads weren’t centralized, which caused delays in follow-ups. They needed a system that could store and assign leads efficiently to the support team.
The Solution
To tackle these challenges, we implemented a structured, component-based approach.
We created reusable components for commonly used sections, allowing content to be added across pages without duplication. This approach saved time and reduced errors.
The website was built with clean, minimal code using Bootstrap and React JS. By avoiding unnecessary dependencies, we ensured fast loading across devices. All code was well-documented, so Medfin’s team could easily add new pages or update content themselves.
For mobile users, we converted long content pages into AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages), making it possible to load blogs, articles, and resources in milliseconds—even on low internet speeds.
We also integrated a centralized lead capture mechanism, ensuring that every lead is saved and assigned to the support team immediately. This improved follow-up and response times for prospective patients.
The Result
The revamped Medfin website now offers a smooth and engaging experience for users on any device. Visitors can find information quickly, navigate easily, and access content without waiting for pages to load.
Lead capture improved significantly, with demo inquiries and contact form submissions estimated to have doubled due to the more intuitive forms and proper assignment system. Mobile users now access long-form content almost instantly, which has likely boosted engagement and reduced bounce rates.
The reusable component system and clean, documented code allow Medfin to create new pages faster without external help, supporting ongoing growth. Overall, the website now reflects Medfin’s expertise, improves patient interaction, and sets the stage for better online visibility and higher conversions.

I hired Idea Fueled for our website design and front-end development, and they exceeded expectations at every stage.
