INTRODUCTION

Nested is a British residential real estate company started in 2016 and have been helping people buy, sell and rent property. Whether you are looking to buy a house or sell a house Nested makes the entire process easy and smooth for its buyers and sellers. 

PROJECT SUMMARY

A real estate agent with a well-established offline network approached us to create their website. They were getting business through word of mouth and offline advertisements. Their team consisted of real estate advisors who help clients buy, sell or rent a property. Nested wanted a website to generate leads for their team and educate clients for a better buying, selling and renting process.

PROJECT CHALLENGES

The client faced several challenges which were impacting their business growth.

1. No online presence
The primary source of work was through word of mouth and offline advertisements.
2. Lost leads
Due to lack of online presence, they were losing business to competitors who were present online.
3. No Online catalogue
Since they had no catalogues for the clients to choose from, the advisors had to visit a lot of places with the clients as per their requirement to help them buy, sell or rent property.

Our process began by understanding the needs of the client, their pain points, challenges, and business objectives.  This allowed us to tailor each solution specific to their needs and challenges being faced by them.

OUR SOLUTION
1. Website
They now had a fully functional website establishing their online presence. The users could search for them when they were looking for real estate-related services. The users were now able to access information about Nested, see their services and offerings.
2. Search module
To streamline the search process, a custom search module was integrated into the website. The potential clients were now able to search for property based on certain criteria like location, price, type etc. This made the browsing experience smooth, and users were able to search properties tailored to their needs. 
3. Online property catalog
An online property catalogue was made to showcase a wide range of properties available for sale and purchase. The catalogue included high quality images, pricing, location and availability. With the availability of this catalogue the users were now able to shortlist properties as per their preference before contacting the agents, making the entire process less cumbersome.
4. Online lead gen – via Forms
We implemented lead generation forms to capture user’s information which allowed Nested to follow up with them. These forms were placed on every page and made it easy for users to express their interest in a particular property.
5. Quick access to agent for the help
The users could get in touch with the Nested advisors quickly. This helped the advisors build trust with their potential clients and the clients in return got quick responses to their queries.
OUTCOME
  • Online presence - Nested’s online presence significantly enhanced after the launch of their website. This allowed the users to discover their services while searching online, expanding their reach beyond word of mouth or offline advertisements. As a result, they were able to attract more leads and inquiries, making them competitive in the real estate market. With the online catalogue they were able to showcase the properties and provide instant help to prospective clients improving their client engagement and conversion rates.
  • Operational efficiency - Their process was streamlined with the online catalogue and lead generation forms. Agents now did not have to guide the prospective customer step by step manually, as they could access all the information online and shortlist properties, saving time for them as well as the advisors. The advisors were now able to efficiently track and follow up with potential clients. These improvements allowed Nested to handle more inquiries, close deals quickly reduced manual work and boosted productivity.
