Toggl is a SaaS based product development company that provides businesses with 3 products namely – Toggl Track, Toggl
Plan and Toggl Hire.
Toggl Track is a time tracking tool that allows you to track time spent on various projects,
analyze and improve performance.
Toggl Plan helps manage expenses and reporting. It helps save time and simplify the
process.
Toggl Hire is a hassle-free full cycle recruitment hiring software which helps deliver exceptional results
while maintaining efficiency and quality.
The entire project was done in two phases.
When Toggl approached Idea Fueled, they had a functional SaaS platform that offered 3 products - Toggl Track, Toggl Plan, and Toggl Hire; but they did not have any landing pages for each of the products, to educate users about the product offerings, user case and a frictionless onboarding flow that should ultimately take users to their product dashboard.
Our journey with Toggl began by gathering their needs and clearly understanding their objectives. Landing page designs were created as per their requirement. After the designs were finalised, the designs were implemented in WebFlow ensuring functional elements across all devices.
With our comprehensive solutions, we provided Toggl with a functional responsive website that fulfilled Toggle team’s marketing goals.
With our expertise, we focused on creating intuitive and visually appealing web pages that specifically aligned with Toggl’s lead generation goals. The Product page, the Resources page (both listing and description), and the Pricing page were the primary pages that were designed by our team. These pages were designed with an easy-to-use layout to ensure smooth user experience; increased demo requests and sign-ups, resulting in high levels of engagement.
We chose WebFlow as the content management system (CMS) for website development due to its ability to combine clean, and responsive coding with design flexibility. WebFlow facilitates seamless integration with a CMS and expedites development by providing real-time design adjustments. This is especially helpful because it doesn't require extensive understanding of coding, which makes it a great tool for the marketing team to maintain, update, and make changes. As a result, a website that can quickly adapt to changing marketing strategies and company objectives was created.
Toggl initially lacked an onboarding process, which created a significant barrier to showcasing their products and helping potential users understand their value. We recommended implementing a streamlined onboarding process to increase sign-ups and demo requests. We then developed and optimized a simplified onboarding system that required users to provide only minimal details during the sign-up process. This approach reduced user effort while still capturing essential information for effective follow-up, resulting in increased sign-ups and demo requests.
With the completion of both the phases, Toggl gained a website that met their business objectives. This allowed them to effectively showcase their products and convert visitors into potential customers. The outcome of these development was:
